This store is operated by Greybeard Pros, Fort Worth, Texas ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

Products. Our apparel is made to order by a print-on-demand partner after payment. Product specifications, prices, and availability can change without notice. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment.

No health claims. GreybeardPRO products are athletic apparel. We make no medical, anti-aging, or performance-guarantee claims. Consult a physician before starting any training program.

Orders and payment. All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock problems, and will refund any amount charged. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

Shipping and returns. See our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. GreybeardPRO, Greybeard Pros, the GBP mark, the Greybeard Club knot, and all slogans, designs, images, and video on this site are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Sponsorship program. Applications to the GreybeardPRO sponsorship program are reviewed at our discretion. Acceptance, kit, features, and affiliate terms are governed by a separate sponsorship agreement.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
